Everything You Need to Know About the Almos Health Concession Card Program
If you hold a valid concession card, you may be eligible for discounted healthcare services and medication options through the Almos Health Concession Program. This initiative is designed to help ease the cost of healthcare for eligible patients by applying automatic discounts to future consultations and certain prescriptions.
How to Join the Program
Joining the Almos Health Concession Program is simple:
Take a clear photo of both sides of your valid concession card.
Send the images to Almos Health—this can be done by contacting them directly through their designated channels.
Once received, the concession card will be uploaded to your patient profile for ongoing eligibility tracking.
You can provide photos of:
Your physical concession card (the one received by mail), or
The digital version available via the Express Plus Centrelink or myGov apps.
Important Information About Discounts
Concession discounts cannot be backdated. They will only apply from the time your card is uploaded and verified.
Discounts apply to:
Future consultations
Applicable medication orders, depending on your doctor’s prescription
Discounts remain active until your card’s expiry date. After that, you’ll need to provide an updated photo of your renewed card to keep receiving the benefits.
